Do I need to add ice?
No. The built-in chiller cools the water itself, down to as low as 0°C, and holds your chosen temperature.
Can I keep it outside?
Yes. The Dolce Gelo Uno is IPX5 waterproof with a UV-resistant shell, and runs in ambient temperatures from -10°C upwards.
Can it heat the water too?
Yes. The temperature range runs from 0°C to 40°C, so you can switch between a cold plunge and a warm soak.
How is the water kept clean?
Two-stage filtration (20 micron cartridge and 40 mesh) runs alongside ozone sterilisation. The filter and the DC24V pump both lift out for easy cleaning.
How big and heavy is it?
1950 × 800 × 710 mm and 113kg empty. Check access routes and that your floor can take the weight of the bath when full.
Is cold water immersion safe for me?
Cold water places real stress on the body. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant or have any medical concerns, speak to your doctor before using an ice bath. Start with short sessions and never plunge alone.
